Services

  • Cataract is a clouding of the natural lens inside the eye. It is a normal part of ageing, although certain things like smoking can cause them to occur earlier. Unfortunately, the only treatment is surgery. However, modern techniques allow us to perform this as a day procedure with excellent outcomes. Click the link below to find out more.

  • Glaucoma is a condition that affects the nerve connecting the eye to the brain. It can run in families. It is important to get your eyes checked regularly, especially if you have a family history of glaucoma. Treatment for glaucoma can involve eye drops, laser or surgery.
